    We had a visit from PC Wright this morning to talk about keeping safe over the holidays. If you are out and about for Halloween or bonfire night, remember to stay safe. Make sure you can be seen, stay with a trusted adult and keep to well-lit streets and paths.

    A huge well done to our boys football team! A great result - we won 1 match and drew the other. ESFA league football matches this evening. We’re all proud of you - you all performed really well and played well as a team.

  • Selby Schools Girl's Football Tournament

    Congratulations to our Year 6 girls football team who won the Selby Schools girl’s football tournament on Tuesday and are through to the next round. We’re really proud of your effort and achievements. You played really well as a team and showed great team spirit.

  • Bikeability!

    This week Year 6 children have completed a bicycle competence course, called Bikeability. The aim of the course is to inform and educate the children on how to use their bikes safely when out on them at home. The children really enjoyed the experience. A big thank you to the instructors.

Your energy, passion and dedication to learning will be extremely missed amongst all of the staff at Thorpe.
