  • Judo Taster Day

    The children had the pleasure of taking part in a Judo taster session today. They learned a number of skills that has given them a basis if they want to take it further. For further details about the instructor, contact the office. 

  • Summer Fair Volunteers

    As many of you will have already seen on posters around the school, this years Summer Fair will take place on Saturday 29th June. It will begin at 12pm and aim to finish around 3pm. If any parents would like to volunteer, speak to the members of staff in the office who will take your name and pass it on to Michelle Farrar who is responsible for organising the day. Alternatively, you can email Michelle directly on stmfarrar@thorpewilloughby.n-yorks.sch.uk to register your interest. Thank you for your continued support. 

  • Skateboard and Scooter Days

    On Tuesday and Wednesday, the children were treated to a visit from Team Rubicon's skateboard and scooter workshop. The children learned lots of skills that will help them develop their ability to skateboard or scooter. The children were also taught how to be safe whilst still having fun. Take a look at a few photos below. The rest can be found in the gallery. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Team Rubicon for taking the time to come in and teach the children all about skateboards and scooters. 

  • Year 3/4 Tennis Tournament

    A handful of Year 3/4 children attended a tennis tournament yesterday. The children had a brilliant time and played very well.
