  • Welcome Drake.

    Fri 05 Oct 2018
We would like to introduce you to our newest member of Thorpe Willoughby Primary School - Drake. Drake is an Amur Leopard and is currently being looked after at Yorkshire Wildlife Park in Doncaster. Last year, Years 3 and 4 set up the Tutti Fruiti stall at playtimes to sell fruit to children for a small profit. At the end of the year we had raised enough money to sponsor an animal at Yorkshire Wildlife Park for a year. After much deliberation, the children voted for an Amur Leopard and here he is. Well done to all of the children involved in the project and thank you to everyone who bought some fruit. We are sure Drake will thank you too. Why not pay him a visit to see him up close?
