Life in the Infants
A hedgehog in the playground!
On Wednesday the reception children found a hedgehog in our playground. There was great excitement as they watched it walk around the play equipment. They wanted to know what hedgehogs eat. So we used the internet to search for more information about hedgehogs.
They gathered sticks from the playground and decided to use these to make a hedgehog model. In the afternoon the children asked for some clay and then made clay hedgehogs.
The children in Key Stage 1 and Early Years have been hard at work, practising and performing this years Christmas play, A Wriggly Nativity. Thank you to all the parents who have supported and cooperated with us during this busy time. A massive thank you to the children, for giving it their all in every practise and performance.
